The fan's grill measures 11" x 13-3/4", while the housing measures 10-7/8" in length x 9-3/8" in width x 7-7/8" in depth.
Operating at 80 CFM with a very quiet 1.0 scones, this fan features an integrated humidistat that automatically turns the fan on or off based on the humidity level. When the humidity reaches a preset level, the fan activates; when it drops below that level, the fan shuts off.
It comes equipped with a 4" round plastic duct connector with a damper for excellent backdraft protection. The side access panel allows for easy wiring without the need to remove any interior components.
This fan is HVI-certified, UL-listed for safe installation over a tub or shower on a GFCI circuit. It also meets California Title 24 guidelines, ASHRAE 62.2 requirements, ARRA standards, CAL Green compliance, and LEED for homes criteria.
The Energy Star-rated humidity sensing bath fan features a contoured grill and an 80-CFM blower that operates at 1.0 sone for quiet performance. It is suitable for rooms approximately 75 to 100-square feet in size.
