America Black Fan King LEDAK80

The Air King LEDAK80 is an 80 cfm exhaust fan with an LED light, featuring a white polymeric grill that is easily removable if needed, secured in place with torsion springs. The fan measures 11 inches by 13 3/4 inches and comes with a moonstone glass lens. The LED lamp is rated at 6 watts and provides 450 lumens (75 lumens per watt), with a 4-watt night light included.

This exhaust fan also includes a 4-inch plastic collar for duct connection with a back-draft damper for quiet operation. The housing is made of 23 gauge galvanized steel and measures 10 7/8 inches by 9 3/8 inches by 7 7/8 inches. The enclosed 4-pole electronically balanced, permanently split capacitor motor is lifetime lubricated and suitable for continuous operation. It is rated at 115/120 Volts, 60 Hz.

The fan features a balanced, polymeric dual inlet blower wheel with a 5 1/4-inch diameter and 2 7/8-inch depth, containing 30 paddles. It is designed to mount in ceilings with at least 8 inches of clearance and through drywall up to 3/4 inches thick, with a rough-in opening of 11 1/8 inches by 9 5/8 inches. The housing is rated for ceilings insulated to r-40 and can be mounted between 16 inches or 24 inches on center joists using the supplied housing mounting rails.

The fan is Energy Star certified, UL approved, HVI certified, and ASHRAE 62.2 approved, making it suitable for compliance with California Title 24 requirements. It also meets the Made in America requirements of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act as a manufactured good and is Cal Green compliant for whole building ventilation and rooms other than bathrooms. It includes a 6-watt LED bulb.

With a CFM rating of 80/1.0 sones at 0.10 inch SP and 70 CFM at 0.25 inch SP, the Air King LEDAK80 is suitable for bathrooms up to 80 square feet and other rooms up to 100 square feet. The side access panel allows for easy wiring of the fan from inside or outside the housing, providing convenience and flexibility in installation.
